Welcome to FYICRM. By purchasing our consulting and services packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Package Expiration:
Non-Member Purchases: Packages bought without a membership expire only after all the allotted time has been used, with no fixed expiration date.
Monthly Member Plans:
For customers with a monthly membership, packages expire either when all the allotted time has been used or if the membership subscription is cancelled, whichever occurs first.
Service Hours:
All consulting hours, including time taken to deliver services and any changes requested by the client, will be deducted from the purchased package.
Refund Policy:
All purchases on FYICRM are final. We do not offer refunds for any packages purchased, regardless of membership status. Please review your selections before purchasing.
Service Correction:
Should an error attributable to FYICRM occur during service delivery, the time required to correct such errors will not be deducted from your purchased package time.
Membership Cancellation:
Cancelling your monthly membership means any unused time in your purchased packages will expire based on the terms above.
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any shared information. Clients must share login information and passwords only through designated secure channels, including secure forms and over the phone. FYICRM commits to protecting all client passwords and data shared within the scope of service delivery.
Limitation of Liability:
FYICRM's liability for services not meeting expectations or causing unintended outcomes is limited to the extent permitted by law, provided services were delivered competently and professionally.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms will first seek resolution through mediation or arbitration, prior to any legal action.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions, including notice periods and handling of unfinished work or unpaid invoices.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
FYICRM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our site. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance.
