Welcome to FYICRM. By purchasing our consulting and services packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Package Expiration
Non-Member Purchases:
Packages purchased without a membership will remain active until all the allotted time has been used, with no fixed expiration date.
Monthly Member Plans:
For customers with a monthly membership, packages expire either when all the allotted time has been used or when the membership subscription is canceled, whichever comes first.
Service Hours
All consulting hours, including time spent delivering services and addressing any requested changes, will be deducted from your purchased package.
Fulfillment Policy
FYICRM is committed to fulfilling services as agreed upon during the purchase. Timely service delivery requires client cooperation, including prompt communication and access to systems. Delays caused by the client will not alter the deduction of service hours from your package.
Detailed Product Descriptions
In order to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, FYICRM provides clear and detailed descriptions of all services and packages. These descriptions are designed to set accurate expectations and protect both FYICRM and the customer from potential disputes. If we find that the product or service description on our website is unclear, we may contact you with recommendations for improvement.
Refund Policy
All purchases made with FYICRM are final. No refunds are available for packages purchased, regardless of membership status. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Service Correction
If an error occurs during service delivery that is directly attributable to FYICRM, the time required to correct such errors will not be deducted from your purchased package time.
Currency Display
For international purchasers, all prices on FYICRM are clearly displayed with the associated currency. Listing the currency symbol alone may not be sufficient, so we provide clear, explicit currency information to avoid confusion.
Membership Cancellation
Canceling your monthly membership will result in the expiration of any unused time in your purchased packages, based on the terms outlined above.
Communication Channels
To ensure easy communication, FYICRM provides multiple contact methods, including email addresses, phone numbers, and live chat options. This ensures a low-friction experience for our customers and helps resolve any misunderstandings quickly. If we review your website and find unclear contact methods, we may request additional options.
Delivery Policy
Our services are delivered in a digital format. You will be notified via email once services are fulfilled or tasks are completed. Any delays in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Return and Cancellation Policies
Return Policy:
Since FYICRM provides consulting and services packages, returns are not applicable. However, if you are dissatisfied with our service due to a documented error on our part, we will work with you to address the issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel monthly memberships or subscriptions at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused time from the package will expire as per the terms of your membership plan. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
Restrictions on Services
Some consulting services may be subject to restrictions based on scope, time zones, or geographic limitations. FYICRM will disclose any applicable restrictions upfront to ensure clarity and trust.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information. Clients are required to share login credentials and passwords only through designated secure channels, including secure forms or over the phone. FYICRM will protect all client passwords and data shared during service delivery, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Consumer Data Privacy
FYICRM complies with global privacy regulations and is committed to protecting client data. Our privacy policy, available on our website, clearly outlines how we collect, store, use, and protect customer information.
Limitation of Liability
FYICRM's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. While we strive to deliver services competently and professionally, FYICRM is not responsible for unintended outcomes or services not meeting expectations, provided that all reasonable efforts were made in the service delivery.
PCI Compliance
FYICRM complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We use secure payment methods and HTTPS encryption to protect your payment information. We also make it clear to our customers that their payment information is handled safely during transactions. The logos of accepted credit card brands are displayed to streamline the checkout process.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Promotion and Discount Conditions

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions. This includes providing notice and addressing unfinished work or unpaid invoices. Termination does not void outstanding payments for services already rendered.
